Refund Policy

CHANGE OF MIND RETURN POLICY

From time to time, you may purchase a product that doesn’t suit you or simply doesn’t fit. To provide you with an exceptional shopping experience, we offer you a 30-day Returns Policy on goods that are unused and in a saleable condition. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

Please note that you must have your original receipt of purchase and all products must be in an undamaged, unworn condition, with all labels & product swing tags attached for you to be able to return them. The products must also be in the original packaging. All swimwear should be tried on over underwear, and where applicable, without removing the protective adhesive strip. In the interests of hygiene, returns may not be accepted if this strip has been removed or where it is obvious the items have been worn.

If returned goods do not meet these criteria, a refund will be declined.

Only regular priced items may be returned, unfortunately sale items and special order items cannot be returned.

In regards to Fastskin products, only one person in the office handles Fastskin returns to ensure consistency. Please understand that sometimes we cannot offer an immediate answer to your returns request. We will endeavour to do what we can to have an answer to the return ASAP. Returns will only be accepted for manufacturing faults.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.

RETURN OF FAULTY GOODS

Speedo is committed to providing you with quality products. In the unlikely event that you believe the goods to be faulty at any stage, please visit us in store, or send us an email at sqswimshop@swimming.org.au with the details and a copy of your your original receipt of purchase. We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. Upon approval you will need to send the faulty product back to us at: PO Box 1279, Capalaba BC, QLD 4157.

SHIPPING

To return your product, you should mail your product to: SQ Swim Shop, PO Box 1279, Capalaba BC, QLD 4157

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.​​​
