SQ SWIM SHOP GIFT CARD TERMS AND CONDITIONS
- SQ Swim Shop Gift Cards are valid for redemption on purchases made in-store or online at www.sqswimshop.org.au to the value of the amount loaded onto the card at the time of original purchase
- Any additional cost exceeding the value of the gift card will be paid by the redeemer
- The gift card is not refundable or transferrable for cash
- The gift card is valid for 12 months from the date of purchase
- In the event that the monetary value remaining on the gift card is not used within 12 months of the date of issue, the amount is not exchangeable with cash or another voucher and will be automatically forfeited.
- The gift card will be considered null and void without the Expiry Date
- After the original purchase of this gift card, risk of loss and title for card passes to the purchaser on transfer. This gift card will not be replaced if lost, damaged or stolen.
- In the event of any dispute, any decision made by Swimming Queensland (the parent organization of SQ Swim Shop) is final.
- Swimming Queensland, and the SQ Swim Shop, reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions without prior notice.
